How quickly can you clear a house?

Most houses are a single day. We often have same-day availability, and if the property is on a deadline for a sale or a tenancy, say so when you call and we will work to it.

What cannot you take?

A licensed waste carrier cannot take certain hazardous items, mainly asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles and clinical waste. Tell us if any of that is on site and we will point you to the right people.

One room or the whole property

Some jobs are a single bedroom after a clear-out. Others are a full three-bed with a loft, a garage and a shed still to go. Both get quoted the same way: we look at what is actually there, tell you a price, and that is the price.

You do not lift anything

The loading is ours. Furniture comes down stairs, out of lofts and through doorways without you touching it, and we bring the trolleys and straps to do it properly rather than dragging things across your floors.

Most of it does not go to landfill

Over 90% of what we take gets recycled or reused. Furniture in decent condition goes on rather than in a hole in the ground, and everything is documented as a licensed waste carrier so it is traceable.
