Reuse before recycling
Furniture in decent condition is worth more to somebody else than it is in a skip. Where an item can be passed on it is, and only what is genuinely finished goes for recycling.
Dismantling included
Wardrobes and bed frames that went up in the room usually will not come out of it whole. We take them apart rather than asking you to do it before we arrive.
New delivery, old item gone
A lot of this work is timed around a delivery. If the new sofa lands Thursday, we can take the old one the same day so you are not living around both.
